Feature Song | Dose | Furniture

 – By The Violet Wave Staff –

Experimental noise rock act, Dose, presents a dim, murky track with discordant melodies and effects that will make you think deep and question some things in your life. Possibly in a good-kind-of-bad way.

The guitar work reminds us of the stylings of Interpol, but a lot darker and mysterious. It’s a good listen when you’re on a contemplative mood, or when you’re just in an angrier state than you usually are. Perfect for the angst-ridden, music snobs, “Furniture” is like something out of the precious old school vault. And you know that it’s going to be good when you open that vault.

Furniture is part of Dose’s debut 7″, due for a release on April 27 via A Turntable Friend.
